3/4 cup coriander (dhania) seeds
3/4 cup cumin seeds (jeera)
3/4 cup red chillies
3/4 cup dried mango powder (amchur)
2 tbsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
2 tbsp black salt (sanchal)
1 1/3 cups salt
Method
- Roast the coriander and cumin seeds.
- Mix with the remaining ingredients and powder.
