Cheese N Veg Sandwich recipe - How to make Cheese N Veg Sandwich

3 to 4 onions, chopped
2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
2 capsicums, chopped
green chillies, chopped
few mint leaves (phudina), chopped
chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
1/4 cup sweet corn (makai ke dane), boiled
1 cup each grated processed cheese and grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 packet of bread
butter
salt and pepper
fresh oregano leaves and basil
dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
chilli powder
Method
- In a large bowl mix all chopped vegetables.
- Now add chopped chillies n coriander n mint leaves n mix well.
- Add grated cheese paneer n boiled corn n mix well.
- Now add salt pepper oregano basil chilli flakes n chilli powder all acc to taste. and mix well .
- Heat a tawa on slow flame.
- Butter bread slices on both sides.
- Now apply this mixture generously on bread slice and cover it wth another buttered slice bread.
- Now heat this on low flame on tawa till it gets crispy.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
