Ingredients

8 slices of medium white bread
1 big sized capsicum, finely chopped
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
1 medium sized tomato, finely chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
200 gms grated processed cheese
butter
salt to taste

Method

Mix all the veg.and cheese together along with salt
Toast the bread on one side
Spread butter on other side
Now spread the cheese mix over the butter side of bread
Grill it till cheese melts and browns.
Serve hot with tomato sauceh
