Cheesy Corn Balls recipe - How to make Cheesy Corn Balls

Makes 2 to 4 servings
For The Paste
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 tbsp cornflour
Other Ingredients
1 cup mashed paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 small finely chopped onion
1 to 2 finely chopped green chillies
2 tsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
1/2 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
salt to taste
oil for frying
1 tbsp plain flour (maida) and 1 tbsp paste (mixed with water)
1 cup bread crumbs or suji

- For the paste
- Combine maida and cornflour in enough water to make a thin paste.

- Combine all the ingredients except the oil and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal sized small balls and keep it in the fridge for atleast an hour.
- Remove the balls from fridge 10 mins before frying.
- Heat the oil. Now, take each ball, dip it in prepared flour mixture then roll in the bread crumbs.
- Deep- fry till golden brown.
- Serve with green chutney or hot and spicy tomato ketchup.
