4 bread slices
2 medium sized potatoes, boiled and grated
1/2 cup boiled green peas
2 tsp tomato ketchup
50 gms processed cheese
1 tsp butter
2 pinches of baking powder
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1/2 tsp salt

- Boil potatoes & mash them.
- Boil peas with a little salt &sugar .
- Mix the potatoes well with all the other ingredients.
- On each buttered slice, spread this potato mixture evenly&press well.
- Grill till the slice turns crisp.
- Cut into triangles.
- Serve hot
