Ingredients


1 ltr milk
2 tbsp milo powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp condensed milk or milk powder
1 cup fresh cream
1 tbsp g.m.s
1/2 tsp c.m.c.
2 tbsp cornflour
10 tsp sugar
1 slab amul chocolate

for decoration -
 cherry
bourbon biscuits
mixed nuts
coarsely broken hide and seek biscuits
mixed nuts

Method

  1. Prepare basic icecream
  2. Add milo powder
  3. Choclate pieces chips
  4. Cream
  5. Churn till frothy
  6. Spread layer of biscuits
  7. Spread icecream on mix
  8. Et in freezer
  9. When set ,coarsely ground powder of
  10. Biscuits ,nuts
  11. Spread on top ,
  12. Decorate with choclate chips ,cherry on top
  13. Decorate with choclate chips ,cherry on top of powder of biscuit layers
  14. Set again
  15. Serve in slices or in icecream cups
