For Homemade Coconut Ice Cream
3/4 cup coconut meat (nariyal ki malai)
1/4 cup coconut water (nariyal ka pani)
1/2 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
1 cup beaten whipped cream
1/3 cup condensed milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp finely chopped tender coconut meat

- Pour the ice cream mixture into an aluminium tin and cover a cling wrap.
