4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp drinking chocolate
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp custard powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
5 packets of gelatine
200 gms cream
1 big cadbury
1 packet of gems
Method
- First of all mix drinking chocolate, coco,gilatin,sugar.milk,butter and custurd means all things except cream and cadbury gems.
- Then take one big vessel with half water and put another small vessel in it and pour all ingredients in that small vessel heat on gas on full and stir it continously. till it will give good smell of chocolate. and it colour darken.
- Then take away mixture from heat and make it cold then add cream in it and belnd it. put it in freezer for just 20 minutes then take it out and decorate with gems and cadbury
