Churan Goli is a blend of natural ingredients easily available in your kitchen. It has a sweet and tangy taste and aids in digestion. Perfect to have when you feel some sort of indigestion, stomach ache or heaviness after a meal.

Makes 25 smalll golis
1 tbsp tamarind (imli)
1 tbsp grated jaggery (gur)
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp pomegranate (anardana) powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
a pinch of salt
Method
- Method
- Remove seeds from the tamarind and combine with the remaining ingredients and pound them together and knead to a dough like consistency.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll them to small balls using palms of your hands.
- Store in an air-tight container and use as required.
