An attempt is made to give a kind of indian flavor to this swiss origin dip called fondue. Even plain white or yellow dhoklas can be served along.

Makes 7 to 9 servings
2 cups thick coconut milk
2 tsp corn flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp olive oil
To Garnish
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
a few rose petals
Method
- Method
- Heat pan, add sugar and let it melt without stirring. It will gradually melt and turn golden colour.
- Add olive oil. Mix. Gradually add coconut-corn flour mixture stir continuously.
- Mix well and serve hot simmering on fondue stand.
- Serve it with fruits, paneer and garnish it with dry coconut and rose petals when kept for serving. Serve fresh.
