80 gms plain flour (maida)
40 gms butter
baking powder
50 gms powdered sugar
40 gms dessicated coconut
2 1/2 tbsp water or milk
2 to 3 drops of vanilla essence
Method
- Sieve flour, soda and baking powder.
- Cream the butter and sugar very well. now add flour and desiccated coconut, vanilla essence and make into a soft dough with milk/water.
- Roll the dough into a square butter paper and chill it till hard. (do not freeze).
- Bake at 175° c till done.
