Here is a delightful dessert or coffee flavoured pudding recipe, the Coffee delight. The layers of fresh cream and gelatin is topped with a second layer made from coffee decoction , gelatin and sugar. An appealing coffee delight can be enjoyed as a quick and tasty dessert

Ingredients



For First Layer :
1 tbsp cornflour
100 gms fresh cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp gelatine
1/4 cup cold milk
1/4 cup water

For Second Layer :
1/2 cup coffee decocotion
1 tbsp gelatine
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp powdered sugar

Method


Procedure for the first layer :

    Procedure for the first layer :
  1. On low flame melt gelatine and sugar in ater.
  2. Mix corn flour in cold milk and cook on low flame till it thickens.
  3. Add this to gelatine and mix in fresh cream.
  4. Whip this on a bed of ice and set it in the freezer (15-20 minutes).

Procedure for the second layer :

    Procedure for the second layer :
  1. Melt gelatine in water in low flame.
  2. Then add the other ingredients and blend well over a bed of ice.
  3. Pour this over the first layer and allow to set for ½ hour in the freezer (15-20 minutes).
