Coleslaw with Khakhra ( Tiffin Treats)
by Tarla Dalal
East meets West in your kids’ tiffin dabba today! The popular international salad, Coleslaw, made of shredded veggies, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup turns out to be a great pair for our desi favourite, khakhra! Since Coleslaw and Khakhra is like an interesting chip-n-dip combo, your kids will really enjoy feasting on it at snack time, perhaps in the company of their best friends. Make sure you pack them in separate containers, and if your kids are too young, you can consider breaking up the khakhra while packing, so that they do not have to mess with it at break time. Also pack Chocolate Sticks ( Tiffin Treats) in a another tiffin for a perfect short break combo.
