1 recipe low-fat cream cheese
1 1/2 tbsp soaked and finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes , refer handy tip
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste

For Serving
1 cup cucumber strips
1 cup carrot juliennes

a low cal dip with fibre rich veg crudites.. i make this quite often. stays fresh and flavourful for more than a day too.
