Corn subzi is delectable vegetable recipe with steamed corns stir fried with onions, chillies and tomatoes.

4 sweet corn cobs
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
2 to 3 whole dry kashmiri red chillies
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp grated coconut
chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
Method
- In a kadai put oil .
- To this put jeera,mustard & dry red chilli.
- When it starts splattering put the corn & add salt to taste mix it properly put the lid & let it cook for 5-7 min.
- Put turmeric powder,red chilly powder & also the lemon juice. mix it properly.
- After about 4-5 min garnish with grated coconut & coriander leaves.
