4 cups water
10 to 12 tulsi (Indian basil) leaves
5 to 6 black peppercorns (kalimirch)
3 to 4 sticks of cinnamon (dalchini)
5 to 6 cloves (laung / lavang)
1/2 teaspoon jeshtamadh powder
1/2 teaspoon sonth powder
littel Jaggery
Method
- Add all above ingredients to the water.
- Boil water till it becomes half.
- Drink when it is hot
