Serve hot.
do not use over ripe tomatoes as it spoils the taste.
do not use thick canned cream..
use only fresh home made cream.

4 tomatoes, pureed
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup cashewnut (kaju) paste
salt
1 tsp sugar
a pinch of black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1 lemon slice
1 tsp butter
Method
- Take the freshly made tomato puree in a thick bottom deep dish and put on medium flame.
- Add fresh and fine ground cream to the boiling tomato puree.
- Add sugar.
- Add salt to taste.
- On boiling add the cashew paste and mixwell.
- Serve hot with little pepper lemon and butter on top
