I got an idea to make a good starter,with some leftover pasta and vegetables kept in my freeze.

Crunchy Pasta recipe - How to make Crunchy Pasta

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

1 tsp oil
1 carrot
1 onion
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1/2cup boiled penne pasta
oil for frying
2 tbsp plain flour (maida) mixed with 2 tbsp water.

    Method
  1. Heat the oil in the pan saute all the vegetables (cut into julienne) for 5 minutes on a slow flame.
  2. Add the salt, chilli powder and all the sauces mix well.
  3. Remove from the flame let it cool.
  4. Fill this mixture inside each penne pasta and then sealed both the ends with flour batter.
  5. Deep fry all the pasta till it turns golden brown from all the sides.
  6. Serve immediately with chilli garlic sauce.
