4 slices of bread
1/4 cup hung curds (dahi)
10 gms cabbage
10 gms tomatoes
10 gms onions
10 gms cucumber
1 green chilli
10 gms coriander (dhania)
10 gms mint leaves (phudina)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper
Method
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Put the spread on the bread.
- Put ghee on it and fry it on the frying pan.
