For Dahi Bhel
2 cups papadis , crushed
1/2 cup boiled potato cubes
1 tbsp finely chopped raw mangoes
4 tbsp boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas) or boiled green peas
3 tbsp meetha chutney
2 tbsp green chutney
1/2 cup whisked curds (dahi)
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste

- Add the cumin seed powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and salt on top and mix well.
- Garnish with sev and coriander.
