This is a great snack as the sandwich is so tasty and easy to make. its great on a warn day as the curd is so cooling.

For sandwich
4 bread slices
2 boiled potatoes
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
For Dahi
2 cups beaten curds (dahi), with salt to taste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
chopped coriander (dhania)
4 tsp tamarind (with dates) chutney
1/4 cup sev
Method
- Mix all( except bread) the ingredients for the sandwich
- Spread evenly on two slices of bread and close each with the other slice
- Place the slices in a sandwich maker and take out after the sides are a little brown.
- Now you will have four triangular sandwiches
- Place each triangular sandwich on a plate
- Spread the curds over the slices evenly among all the sandwiches
- Garnish with the cumin & chilli powder, coriander leaves, sev and tamarind chutney.
