Ingredients

10 to 12 samosa pattis
8 to 10 pistachios , chopped
8 to 10 almonds (badam) , chopped
8 to 10 walnuts (akhrot) , chopped
20 dates (khajur) , deseeded and chopped
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup grated chocolate
oil for deep frying

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the nuts, dates and chocolate in a bowl, mix well and refrigerate for half an hour.
  2. Then fill it in samosa patti and shape them like samosas.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the samosas till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  4. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
