Dry Fruit Laddoo recipe - How to make Dry Fruit Laddoo

Makes 4 servings
2 cups roasted peanuts
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 cup sesame seeds (til)
1/2 cup almonds (badam)
1/2 cup unsalted pistachios
1/2 cup cashewnuts (kaju)
2 tbsp dried ginger (soonth) powder
1 tbsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)
10-12 cardamom (elaichi) , powdered
6-8 finely grated dry dates (kharek)
3 tbsp ghee
Method
- Method
- Remove the skin of the peanuts and keep aside.
- Heat a pan and roast the coconut and sesame seeds separately.
- Combine the coocnut, sesame seeds and peanuts and blend in a mixer till msooth.
- Combine the almonds, pistachios and cashewnuts and blend in a mixer to a coarse powder.
- Combine the powders and mix well.
- Add the remaining ingredients except ghee and powdered sugar and mix well.
- Now add ghee and powdered sugar and mix well.
- Shape them into small balls and serve.
