This chutney is one to die for. The amazing taste of the dry fruits when combined with the flavoursome coriander and spicy green chillies makes a perfect chutney! This chutney is extremely delicious and extremely flavoursome and can be served with rice or any kind of parathas too.

Makes 4 serving
50 gms cashewnuts (kaju)
100 gms almonds (badam)
100 gms walnuts (akhrot)
4 chopped green chillies
1 bunch of coriander (dhania) leaves
1 tbsp curd (dahi)
1 tbsp mint leaves (phudina)
1/4 tsp all in one garam masala
salt to taste

- Method
- Mix all the above ingredients and grind to a fine paste. Add little water if required!
- Serve with any kind of paratha or variety of rice. Enjoy!
