Makes 1 serving
2 pinches of saffron (kesar) strands powder , soaked in 1 tbsp warm water
60 ml lemon juice
6 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 ltrs water
crushed ice
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients except the ice in a bowl and mix well.
- Keep in the refrigerator to chill.
- Pour into individual serving glasses and top with crushed ice.
- Serve chilled.
