1 cup soaked kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 cup semolina (rava / sooji)
5 tbsp urad dal (split black lentil) flour
2 tbsp low fat curds (dahi)
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
1 tsp fruit salt
3 1/2 tsp oil for greasing and cooking
