Ingredients


4 dried figs (anjeer)
4 walnut (akhrot) halves, chopped
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 glass chilled milk
1/2 glass crushed ice
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sugar

Method

  1. Soak figs and walnut halves in half cup water for an hour.
  2. Squeeze out water and add to crushed ice, sugar and honey in blender.
  3. Run blender for a few seconds till figs and walnuts are crushed.
  4. Add milk and run in a mixer again .
  5. Serve chilled.
