4 dried figs (anjeer)
4 walnut (akhrot) halves, chopped
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 glass chilled milk
1/2 glass crushed ice
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sugar
Method
- Soak figs and walnut halves in half cup water for an hour.
- Squeeze out water and add to crushed ice, sugar and honey in blender.
- Run blender for a few seconds till figs and walnuts are crushed.
- Add milk and run in a mixer again .
- Serve chilled.
