Fried Murmura recipe - How to make Fried Murmura
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
1/2 kg puffed rice (kurmura)
5 to 6 green chillies
10 curry leaves (kadi patta)
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1 tsp sugar and salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
Method
- Take oil in kadhai
- Put it on gas on medium flame
- Oil gets hot put mustard seed
- Then put hing
- Then put green chilles half cut
- Then put curry(kadhipatta) leaves
- Then add turmeric powder
- Then add sugar and salt
- Now add murmura and stir for a minute
- Put off the gas
- Now chatpate murmure are ready to eat
