Fruity sprouts salad, rich in beneficial ingredients – papaya aids digestion, curds boost the immune system and improve skin texture. Very satiating, specially when you are on diet and restrict your food intake. It’s all in the dressing is all i can say about this crunchy and sweet salad!

Makes 4 servings
To Be Blended Into Fruity Dressing
1/2 cup papaya cubes
1/4 cup low-fat thick curds
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Other Ingredients
1/2 cup boiled mixed sprouts
(kala chana, chawli (cow pea / lobhia)
1/2 cup apple cubes , with the skin
1/2 cup pomegranate
1/2 cup roughly chopped spinach (palak)
salt to taste

- Method
- Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate to chill.
- Just before serving, add the chilled dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.
