Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 4 to 8 servings

Ingredients

2 cups rice noodles
2 cups tofu (bean curd/ soya paneer) cubes or paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
2 cups fresh mushrooms (khumbh) , sliced
1/2 cup sliced onions
3/4 cup sliced tomatoes
1 stalk celery (ajmoda) , thinly sliced
3 tbsp hot and sweet dip
salt to taste

    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the paneer or tofu and saute on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till they turn light brown in colour.
  2. Just before serving, toss all the ingredients together.

Do we eat the mushrooms raw ? And do we have to add salt ?

   Hi, Yes you can, if you wish you can even saute them in little olive oil....yes little salt will have to be added...
