No other mayonnaise dip can compete with this fascinating combination of mayonnaise, parsley, and coriander, spiked with onions and green chillies. This Green Mayonnaise tastes great with bread sticks, toasted bread or chips.

Makes 1.25 cups
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped onions (optional)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
For Serving
bread sticks
toasted bread
chips
Method
- Method
- Combine the coriander, parsley, green chillies, onions and lemon juice and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using little water.
- Transfer the paste into a bowl, add the mayonnaise and salt and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled with bread sticks, toasted bread and chips.
