2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
