  1. Combine the coriander, coconut, cloves and cinnamon and blend in a mixer to a dry paste. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the ginger garlic paste and onions, mix well and saute till the onions turn translucent.
  3. Add the prepared paste and mix well.
  4. Add the cooked rice and vegetables and add salt. Mix well.
  5. Serve hot with cucumber raita or tomato soup.
