The versatile and popular Grilled sandwich is a must try recipe and should feature in your breakfast or packed lunch. Add vegetables, beans and chicken as filling and grated cheese and seasoning powders as spread. Enjoy with ketchup or chilli sauce.
Grilled Sandwich recipe - How to make Grilled Sandwich

1 cucumber, grated
1 cup grated cabbage
2 capsicums, chopped
1 tbsp chilli sauce
6 bread slices
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
2 onions, chopped
1 pc of ginger (adrak), grated
2 carrots, grated
50 gms butter
3 to 4 cheese cubes
a pinch of garam masala
Method
- Mix all the vegetables
- Add butter and other ing
- Mix well
- Cut bread slices into triangular halves and put mixture on it
- Spread grated cheese on it
- Sprinkle corinader leaves
- Bake at 200 for 10 min.
- Serve with ketchup
