Groundnut Chaat recipe - How to make Groundnut Chaat

1 cup fresh peanuts
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1/2 bunch of coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 green chillies, chopped
1/4 tsp chilli powder
2 masala papad
1 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp chopped raw mango
1 tbsp shredded cabbage
1/2 tbsp grated carrot
Method
- Boil groundnuts till they are soft.
- In a bowl add the boiled groundnuts and all other ingredients except pappads and toss well.
- Finally add crushed pappads and serve immediately.
