1/2 cup chopped baby corns
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup onions
1/4 cup tomatoes
1 to 2 green chillies, finely chopped
salt to taste
3 CUPS OF DOSA BATTER

  1. In a glass bowl pour in the dosa batter.
  2. Add salt and whisk thoroughly.
  3. To this add all the above ingredients.
  4. Whisk again together.
  5. Pour a small portion of the batter onto the non stick pan and spread evenly.
  6. Simmer the flame and cover with a lid.
  7. Toss over and cover again till it turns golden brown on both the sides.
  8. Your healthy pizza dosa is ready to be served and not a drop of oil. wow! how nutritious and all done in a jiffy.
