Cheese dip made from cottage cheese with combination of low fat salad dressing which goes well with vegetable sticks and crackers.

Makes 4 serving
2 cups paneer (cottage cheese) , creamed
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp milk
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp chopped green onions
1/2 cup coarsely chopped parsley
1 tsp tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend till the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Serve chilled with fresh vegetable sticks or assorted crackers.
