Ingredients:
1 Baugette
1 packet cream cheese
1 tsp mayonnaise
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1 clove of garlic (lehsun), finely crushed
1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp chopped dill (shepu / suva bhaji)
1 tsp mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar

- Method
- Cut the bread in an angle and toast the slices .
- In a bowl,mix together the herbs and the seasonings.
- Beat the cream cheese with the mayonnise till soft.
- Add the herb seasoning mixture to the cream cheese.
- Mix well and spread evenly on the toasted crostini.
- Serve with light cocktail/champagne.
