1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 egg yolk
1/4 cup fresh cream
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) paste
1/4 tsp salt
Method
- Melt butter on highfor 40 seconds.
- Beat in lime juice,egg yolk and cream. cook on medium for 60-90 seconds.
- Stir.
- Add seasoning and mix until smooth.
