Prepare homemade burgers with this simple vegetable burger recipe. The burger buns are spread with a spicy garlic, lime juice and salt paste and then topped with cucumber slices, potato discs and tomato circles. Bake the homemade burgers on the tawa with butter and relish with sauce of choice.

Ingredients


burger buns
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 boiled potato
burger spread:
garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder (toss jeera on tawa without oil and crush it)
4 tsp butter

Method

  1. Cut cucumber, tomato & potato into slices.
  2. Crush garlic ,salt ,redchilli powder, lemon juice in mixer.
  3. Heat the oil and add it in garlic mixture.
  4. Add garam masala and jeera powder in it.
  5. If there is a need then add a little bit of salt.
  6. Bake the buns on tawa with butter.
  7. Then spread this "burger spread"in burger buns.
  8. Now put cucumber slices,potato slices and tomato slices in buns over burger spread.
  9. Again bake it on tawa with butter and serve with sauce.
