Makes 1 serving
2 cups fresh rose petals
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp rose water
few petals for garnishing
a few ice cubes frozen with a few petals
Method
- Method
- Boil 4 cups water in a small pan and add the petals .
- Simmer for 8- 10 mins till the petals discolor.
- Cool and strain.
- Combine the honey ,rose water and cooled concoction in a shaker and shake vigorously.
- Pour in tall glasses and top with rose ice cubes .
- Garnish with fresh petals and serve .
