1 cup carrot jullienes
1 cup capsicum wedges
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup mushrooms (khumbh)
1/2 cup spring onions
1/2 cup sliced baby corns
250 ml water
1 1/2 tsp M.S.G
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp butter
3 tsp cornflour
Method
- Take a pan and add butter to it
- Add all vegetables to it and fry till little crisp
- Add ajinomoto , salt and water and bring to a boil.
- Dissolve cornflour in 3tsp water and add in pan
- Keep stirring till boils
- Add evrything and serve with steamed rice
