Jhat-pat dosa recipe - How to make Jhat-pat dosa
Cooking Time: Total Time:
2 cups rice (chawal)
1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
1 tbsp coriander (dhania) seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 onion
4 whole dry kashmiri red chillies
a small piece jaggery (gur)
salt to taste
Method
- Soak rice fro 1 hour
- Grind it to fine paste along with the rest of the ingredients
- Smear oil on the dosa tava
- Pour batter to make dosas
- Serve with chutney
