1/2 cup boiled chana
2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup Papdi
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp Green Chutney
a pinch of black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste

Method
- Put a little salt in mashed potato & make tikki & fry it on a non stick pan.
- Take a tikki on a plate.
- Put boiled & slightly mashed chanas.
- Add kala namak , salt , tomato salt, green chutni on top .
- Put a spoon of thick curd.
- Crush chips & put it on top.
