6 ladi pavs
2 tbsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1 green chilli, chopped
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tbsp sugar
few curry leaves (kadi patta)
2 cloves of garlic (lehsun), grinded into paste
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
salt to taste
little mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
asafoetida (hing)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing
lemon wedge for garnishing
coconut (optional)
Method
- Make medium pieces of bread.
- Then put butter in a pan till melts.
- Now add mustard seeds,hing cook for a while now add chopped onions, greenchillies,garlic paste,curry leaves& cook till onions r done.
- Now add pav& mix well.add masalas,salt & sugar.
- Cook till done.put lemon juice while serving. garnish with corriander,slice of lemon & mint leaves.
- Serve with green chutney & tomato ketchup.
