Boiled potato 2-3
Moongfali 100gm roasted powdered
• Red chilli 2
• Garlic 6 pods
Papya raw 250gm grated
Green chilli 2 grind
Lemon juice 1 lemon
Besan 4 tbsp
Onion 1 sliced finely
Garlic 4pods
chilli 1\4tsp in heated oil
salt to taste
Oil 2tbsp
Corriender 2tbsp finely chopped
Method
- 1.boil nooles in salted water
- 2.boil potato cut in small pieces
- 3.moongfali roast powder
- 4.roast besan
- 5.fry red chilli garlic salt pound roughly put chilli oil
- 6.keep lemon juice
- 7, heat oil and put haldi keep aside
- 8.grate papaya
- 9.grind green chilli
- 10.fry onion garlic red
- 11.mix every thing as per taste
