Ingredients

4 cups iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
4 tbsp finely chopped celery (ajmoda)
2 cups apple cubes

To Be Mixed Into A Lemony Dressing
1/2 tsp lemon rind
1/4 cup fresh low-fat curds (dahi)
1 tbsp finely chopped basil
2 tbsp grated apples (unpeeled)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients, along with the dressing, in a deep bowl and toss well.
  2. Serve immediately.
