A much sought after litchi fruit in a creamy fruit dessert,lichi cream. The tinned lichis are cut and mixed with a delectable combination of cream, condensed milk, grated fresh coconut and relished with cut seasonal fruits as topping.

Preparation Time: 5-10 Cooking Time: 5-10 Total Time:
1 tin of lychees
1 big sized tin of cream
1 tin of condensed milk
4 tbsp grated fresh coconut
for garnishing
any seasonal fruit
Method
- Take out the lichi from tin wash it then cut in 4 pices take any bowl put all the ing.and mix them
- Then put in fridge.garnish with any sesanal fruit.
