4 boiled corn cobs
3 boiled potatoes, finely chopped
3 finely chopped tomatoes
3 onions, finely chopped
5 green chillies
15 to 20 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
For Garnishing
grated coconut
fresh coriander (dhania)

Method
- Remove the makai dana from the boiled makai.
- Take a bowl put oil, garlic paste, jeera powder, lime juice, sugar, green chillies,mix well. add makai dana, chopped boiled potatoes, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions and mix well.
- Serve in individual plates, top it with sev and garnish it with fresh coriander and fresh grated coconut and serve.
