1 cup powdered or coarse sugar
1 cup cream
1 cup milk powder
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bi carb
few drops of vanilla essence
1/2 to 1 cup milk to prepare batter
Method
- Mix sugar and malai
- Sieve maida, milk powder, b.p, soda bi carb twice
- Slowly add other ingredients along with milk
- Bake it in a preheated oven for 45 min. at 150 temp
